Unfulfilled order #1506

I have been waiting since October 6, 2018 for my order to arrive. I only receive automatic replies to my emails re this order. All promise a followup in 48 hours. No followup has EVER been received. I ordered two bags for roughly $100. One was grey and one a light blue. The order confirmation was very quick but that's as far as customer service went. I am a very unhappy customer! I have been unable to find a phone number to call so if anyone has that and has had success, please comment! I'd also like to find information to file complaints to the BBB, E commerce, etc. so again, if you have any of that information, please share it.
