Unfriendly customer service : /

Hello, I've been w/First TN bank since 2009. I basically learned how to have a good acct. and banking lessons thru this bank. However, lately, and unfortunately...this bank doesn't have great customer service anymore in my opinion. I used to get great smiles and it seemed like it was 'all about me' when I entered the lobby. Not anymore, you'll do good to walk up to counter and get that 'beaming' smile anymore...it's like 'pulling teeth'. Not sure what's going on lately, but I miss the genuine smiles and 'your the best' customer service. It should never cease! Thanks for listening ; )
