Unfriendly Customer service – Fraud

I made a claim about 6 weeks ago, to get the Sofa handrest fixed. At first they sounded very friendly. About a week after I made the initial claim they asked for photos to be emailed to them, which I did. About a week after that when I inquired about the claim, they asked me if there are any other issues with the product. I purchased a loveseat too, which had a minor issue. I reported that and send pics too. They again sent an email to resent all the pictures, which I did AGAIN. Around last week, when I enquired about the claim, they reported that they will get back in few days. On 10th September they responded “This email is in regards to the claim you made on 08/05/2019 for a sofa and loveseat. Unfortunately, the claim has been denied due to accumulation. The claim was filed on multiple items with issues and areas of damage. You will see in the copy of the warranty agreement included, the warranty covers accidental damage from a single incident. Please let my office know if you have any questions.” When I called their agent, they are giving all illogical reasonings. I made it clear that I want my Sofa to be fixed (at minimum), but they are not in listening mode. I paid quite a bit of money extra for this service, I feel like it's fraudulent and waste of money . I request all the Gardener White customers to not buy the protection plan, as they have sourced it to ‘Furniture care Protection’.
