I will never visit this place again. From the moment I walked in the door, I was given the cold shoulder and the woman at the front desk behaved as though she did not want to assist me. Well, first of all, I had an appointment. Secondly, I expected a smile and at least a hello upon entering. Taking the complete visit into consideration, I decided against Blue Water Spa and had my services elsewhere. This is a message to black women to think twice before even considering doing any business with this place. It's cold in there and we obviously are not welcomed.
