Termination request

I requested that my contract be terminated on the 10 Nov 2016. Since then they keep telling me that they will cancel the contract – each month they debit my account for a line that I am not even using and its ridiculous amounts every month ranging between R400-R600 every month. Poor service

This is not about www. membershop.org but even www. newmood.org, which is the same company. The problem has been caused by the company's inability to successfully ensure the promised return time of the product by calling the operator, the courier has been sent 3 times after the product, but without success. It doesn't matter if the courier company is different, but the customers are newmood consumers. By loudly advertising that the return takes place within 1-3 working days, the customer also invoices with this time. Arrange these things! I will definitely not order anything there again or recommend it to anyone.
