I had an implant put in about 2 and a half years ago. I had to keep going back. I would have an appt. and go over there and the office would be closed or moved. The last time I had an appt. in Norwalk they called and said they closed that office and I would have to go to Middlefield which is over a 2 hour drive. I drove all the way there from Port Clinton and the office was CLOSED. No phone call to let me know .Now I've been trying to get in touch with them but they must of closed all the offices. What a bummer.
