Hired as a specialist but job duties are given as an auxiliary worker, no training is done to become for the specialist they need, all training is self-taught. At the beginning of each working day, there is no information on where and what to do. It is sent to objects unprepared without any information about what is and what to do. Accordingly, the salary is the lowest, because it does not provide an opportunity to grow and prove your professionalism. The attitude of a colleague is terrible. Complaining to a higher management, the employment relationship is terminated. And a new employee is being sought.
