I placed an order 7/15 and have not received it. I've emailed with no response, this company is not fulfilling their orders but they are still taking folks money. There are no updates regarding where your order is. No where on the site can you confirm where they are with your order. They do not allow you cancel the order and they do not give refunds. They claim the delays are due to COVID which is a lie since this is a common practice of this company which you can confirm by the numerous complaints from other consumers. At this point I feel duped, bamboozle, scammed and this company should be held accountable for their poor business practice. They are taking peoples money and not giving them what they bought. MY ADVICE..DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Spend your money somewhere where they appreciate the business. User's recommendation: Spend your money somewhere else. Somewhere that appreciate the business and value your money.
