I took the auto on 26th July, 2021 from Vatech India Private Limited to MRV Kids Paradise and the bill for the ride was Rs 169. Attached is the invoice for the ride.I got literally frustrated with the behavior of the auto driver. At the time of auto, I told the driver to drive slowly and to avoid potholes. But still he did not listen to me and he drove so rashly and misbehaved with me, so I escalated that issue to Ola and one of your colleagues told me not to pay him directly but pay through Ola app. But the driver automatically chose the option of paying cash without discussing it with me. When I tried to pay the amount through the app, I could not get the option to pay. So the driver was waiting at the property and he told me to pay him but I denied, however still he was requesting to pay. So my husband decided to pay him because we don't believe in keeping anyone's money. So my husband paid Rs 170 through GPAY to him. Attached is the screenshot of the paid transaction. Now in my Ola app it is showing that Rs 169 is pending, however it has already been paid to the driver. So I request you to kindly remove the outstanding amount from the Ola app. So please clear the amount, otherwise I will delete the Ola app from my phone and will stop using it from future onwards.
