Unfair policy.

Tracfone stopped connecting to provider after less than a month and a half. Contacted tracfone twice, support could not fix it. ordered new tracfone to replace it and switch data, photos ect. Had problems switching, did not work, took a while. Called tracfone to get a refund, I was sent to ups store with a tracking no. Told by ups store no account with tracfone. Called tracfone again, told i would receive a shipping label in the mail. Never got it.Called again and was told after 30 days no refund. Was not told this before i was put thru all the hassell, and now will not refund on a phone that only worked less than 90 days. Horrible phone and customer service, Never buy tracfones. User's recommendation: Never buy tracfones.
