I filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in November 2020. My Bankruptcy was discharged in February 2021. I received several emails between December and March attempting to settle a debt from Caine and Weiner. Once my debt was settled in February I began to rebuild my credit. I paid debts that I did not realize I had missed in my bankruptcy. Once I paid Caine and Weiner 399.21 dollars I went back and looked at my petition. I then realized they were a debt that was actually included in my chapter 7 petition. I have made several attempts to recoup my money. After speaking to dozens of representatives, including a manger named Randy Gates, I was informed Caine and Weiner would not be issuing a refund. No reason was given.
