Hi, I'm filing a complaint to call out PlayerAuction's trader banning system. I've been using this platform for quite some time now and I'm just amazed at how these guys charge a fine for an unverified violation. I was suspended before because I tried dealing with a customer who wanted to use PayPal but at that time I was not the one who incited the offsite trade - and I still paid the $150 fine. Now what infuriated me today was they are fining me $600 because I gave my discord ID for support and faster replies to customer because I can't bother to check my email every single time, thus, affecting buyer decision. I used to do it to secure PlayerAuctions trades but now you have suspended my account which has pending balance on it and I can't do nothing to get that and leave your platform for good. You guys were also charging 15, 20, 25, 35, 50 USD for every transactions I make and you never once heard from me.
