the phone I had is broken it has been sense July 28th I have been trying to cancel it sense August 12th it is now September 10th with no results I have to ticket numbers one is TKT7753 and TKT770 and none has been cancel . When I have been told that they were . I have contacted the company on many occasions and my issue is still on going with this company I have provided all information needed
