Undelivered Adidas Shoes

Good day! I would like to ask for a copy of the delivery receipt for a pair of White Adidas Lite Racer 2.0 US 8.5 which I ordered a few months ago. The order number is 29356****. All items from this order was delivered except for the said pair of shoes. When I tracked the order, apparently it was reported as delivered but I did not receive the item. The Entrego tracking No. is 0018-MP-2JZ7YF15R3TU. Please assist me with this. Thanks in advance.
