Unbelievable frustration.

Many calls were made concerning a 95 year old man with no power for his generator because we,his family,were lied to for days.We were promised someone was coming since the 13th.Stayed by our phones and didn't leave the house thinking that someone was on the way.This request for propane actually started last month.He is on auto-refill.No one came. Then the ice storms hit.He ran out.Many emergency calls for help were made. I even e-mailed the CEO,Hugh Gallagher.No response. As long as people from Amerigas are warm the rest of us can just wait and wait. Its the worst customer service I have ever experienced.Carroll Branch is 95 and needs power.Oh right too bad for him. User's recommendation: Don't waste your time!!!!! You will be lied to.
