Though I was satisfied with AppyPie's app, I did not get many app downloadsc. I e-mailed Appy Pie's customer rep several times, asking for better analytics to help me make the decision about renewal. He kindly replied each time. In the end, though, I e-mailed him asking that my renewal be canceled. Eight days later, Appy Pie renewed it and charged me $1200. I appealed this with Paypal and they sided with Appy Pie for reasons that defied logic, saying I hadn't provided documentation (I sent them a screenshot of my cancellation e-mail) or that the service requested was, in fact, provided (when I was not requestiing a service but cancelling it.) Since Paypal's decision, Appy Pie has refused to respond to my e-mails. So I'm out $1200 for an app I don't use.
