Unauthorized credit card charges for subscription

I did a one time research on November 26, 2017 which ended??? on March 25, 2018. They automatically charge me for a 7 day trial premier plus, without any notice. And have illegally charge me USD29.95/month ever since. I tried to call the number but can never reach anyone and I am no sure it's a scam and I never agreed to this transaction. Therefore, I am requesting a refund as a desirable resolution to my complaint.
