Unacceptable calling issues

I have called 3 times and each time the call has dropped. I have provided my contact information e times and not 1 agent has reached out to me to complete my claim. The issue at hand involved one of your insured causing damage to my vehicle. An accident report has been filed with the local police dept. I do not understand why i cannot stay on the call with your agents. It seems to be your system.
