Poor Service
Hello. An unpleasant situation happened before my eyes. In her good years, the lady came to the box office and asked if there was an opportunity to buy. She was told back that the customer was being served and that there were no pens. Although it is perfectly visible that it is and is not expensive. If it is not easy for older people. one should try to make it easier instead of making the person go and look for a hook kiosk where not next door. You can see that the lady has come from the countryside. Maybe customers should be treated more favorably if they stand in line for half an hour at best.
