Unable to speak to Customer Service people who actually SPEAK ENGLISH

I have spent 2 days trying to get somebody on the phone despite your automated systems constant attempts to stop me from doing so!!! About a package you claim was delivered to me, while I was sitting in my APT. ALL DAY waiting to receive it and I am still getting NOWHERE because your Reps DON"T speak ENGLISH and don't know how to do anything but read a script!!! And yes i already filed a claim but i can't get anybody from Claims on the phone to find out the status!!! Tracking #1ZX738X71352358659
