Unable to resolve a problem

I recently applied for a Lowe's card and was denied. I wanted to find out how to resolve this and there is no way to contact the company by phone or email without inputting an account number and no way to talk to someone directly. User's recommendation: If you have recently moved, use your old address to apply for an account.
