Unable to reach anyone helpful

Tried to get help with my debit card and was told it is not their problem that their name and phone number is linked to them. If you call 1 85* 282 ****, which is the number they tell you to call if you are experiencing an issue, it takes you to a survey and upon completion of said *** survey you get hung up on. *** poor customer service. Don't use a US Bank Reliacard because it's not US Bank User's recommendation: STAY AWAY.
