Unable to provide access card and told me to provide a better address

I tried to access communato, virtucar when I tried to use it. After 4 months of paying a membership I hadn't received a card to access the cars. I called and they tried to send 2 more cards to my address which didn't arrive. I called again and they told me to provide a better address because the card wasn't reaching my address. I told them only live in one place where else are they going to send the card? I gave them my parents address who I was only able to see every 2-3 months. The card to access the car never arrived at my parents! I received an email from them over a year later saying I owed almost $250. I called them to correct this and they said my monthly fees continued to add up. I informed them I was unable to access the service so how can you charge a client who you haven't provided a service to? Communato response was they could provide me remote access to the car and if I chose not to access the service that was my fault. The How it Works video on the Communato website shows a client using the access card provided by the company as part of the car sharing service. Communato didn't provide the service the website suggested because part of that service is having a card that can access the vehicle for your booking. Communato failed to provide the ease of access and the material they advertised as part of the car sharing service. There business practices are predatory and generally unethical
