Unable to Pay My Bill

My bank won't allow me to process payment via their PDF, their website will allow me to log in, but when I choose to make a payment or view my bill, I'm presented with a blank screen. This has been going on for MONTHS now. I've tried to make arrangements to pay via my bank, but National Grid keeps RETURNING my payments even though both THEY *and* my bank agree that the information provided is correct. User's recommendation: Just pay by check!
