Bought a Garmin Golf GPS from Bambuzo. I bought the wrong one, which was admittedly my fault. Got a return number from them and paid for the item to be shipped from the UK back to the US. The delivery was tracked so I could see it was successfully returned over 2 moths ago. I've still not had a refund. I've sent chaser emails and had no response. Phoned them this evening, the number directs me to a voice mail, only I can't leave a message as their mail box is full! Looks like I'll have to try getting the money back from my credit card company. Wish I'd looked before I bought as there a lots of reviews saying what a scam these guys operate! Don't go anywhere near them.
