Unable to get authorization to return clothing after many attempts.

I requested a return authorization two times with no response. I joined a chat line and was told to pay to be connected to the service line. The quality of the clothing is extremely poor and the blouses did not fit properly. User's recommendation: Shop elsewhere.

You have to pay for the return to China! And there may be additional fees! It's not worth it. Do not buy there, do not be seduced by low prices!
