Unable to contact customer support

A month ago, and less than two years after I purchased the Smart Grinder Pro coffee grinder, the burrs died and the machine stopped completely to work. A month ago, I called the company to request replacement parts or to know what to do to send the machine for repair. I waited about 40 minutes on the phone and nobody answered. I called again and left my phone number for a "promised" call back "soon". It never happened. I am completely disappointed, actually angry at this company. They do not stand behind their product - an expensive coffee grinder should last longer than 2 years and the maker should offer support. And they do not bother at all to at least reply to the customers. Never again I will buy a Breville and I will do my best to convince potential buyers to look somewhere else. Awful, awful company. User's recommendation: Do not buy from this company because they do not support their products.
