Unable to access Lab results

Hi, I have been trying to access my lab results for a few days and am unable to see them. I contacted Quest yesterday and a lady promised to email me the results. However I did not get them. Why is that the results from prior years are on my patient portal but not fro March 9,2021 ? Why is this run around ? Same situation with my wife, Kausar Rashids results also ! No results on her MyQuest either. Are you trying to drive your customers away to another lab ? 412-609-**** rashsa8@***.com User's recommendation: Lab results are paid for by the consumers and have a right to access them.
