I bought the radio last year, I only used it twice in 2020. The radio will not transmit, we checked all of the cables put a new cable on checked the antenna did all the troubleshooting, and it will still not transmit. So my husband went online to check the reviews on this particular model and it has terrible reviews and he's having the same troubles that the reviews are addressing on this. My husband called unit in at one [protected] and talk to a guy name Mark and he sounded lost he was no help at all.
