Poor service
I placed the gift on time, received confirmation that it will be 18.02. On that date, I did not receive any notification that the item was available or that the item was not available. 19.02. in the customer's history I saw the inscription that "the product is not available". Had to call through 3 numbers that transferred to each other. The surprised operator found out that the product could be available only on 22.02. It was not possible to announce it during the whole week in order to find this gift item elsewhere?! This is disrespect for the customer!
