On the of july 4th, i was ordering a morning sandwich for room service, but when i opened the wrapping paper, i found a burned of bread and bacon, so i called the room service and a staff member called jenna. But jenna said i dont understand your english. I went to the front desk suzy to explain the situation, and when i had already eaten it, i could not give any other service like refund, so i required meet manager. After 20minutes i met mr.jason aquitante. To explained to jenna and suzy. Mr.jason apologize and refund. Mr. Jason aquitante is kings man. Thank you so much mr. Jason.
