Arthur had me to do a power drain and that did not resolve the issue. He informed me that your TVs only last one year and mine is 2 years old. I will take it to a repair shop. I will no longer purchase your products. User's recommendation: Do not buy their products. The technician told me the TVs are only designed to last 1 year, because they are cheaper. Spend your money on a better product. Pay more up front and have a that lasts 8-10 years. Ridiculous!
