Hi, First off, I have been trying to reach sony customer care on 180******** since last week but because of the faulty IVR, I was not able to move ahead of the language selection menu and raise the case to customer support. My TV is not responding to any commands from my Remote after turning it on and I just see a blank screen. I have even checked the battery of the remote and it is still working.
