Turning off our service with out letting us know ? we are both totally disabled ?

My wife and I have had cricket wireless for about 6 years, we thought they were a pretty decent company, but after what they did to us today, we are thinking about changing providers. My wife went to call our daughter , she did not have any service, Cricket did not give us any notice that there was a problem with the bill. We have direct with draw from our checking, through a debit card, we had a company put a charge on our card, without our notice, we cancelled that card and had had had to get a new, taliking User's recommendation: look for a more reliable and a company that actually has compassion.
