College Station at 1000 St. John's Street Unit 1000-304 Elon NC 27244: Unit 304 keeps losing total power. Multi repairs have been made, we feel total meter /breakers needs replaced. We and Kemco electrical had scheduled a job ahead of time with Duke Energy. They get to the job only to tell us, that they need an Allen Wrench to disconnect phase 1. They didn't have so not prepared to complete the job. Instead of calling the supervisor to get the tool needed. Must reschedule for the following week.
