Trying to order replacement parts

I purchased a two tier Sunjoy gazebo through Amazon in 2020. I contacted Sunjoy by email several weeks ago to order a replacement canopy. There was no answer to my email, they don't have someone to talk to by phone. Finally, 2 days ago after reaching out again both to them and you, they said they were working on preparing information for replacement parts. User's recommendation: Not sure, the product is good, I didn't think I would need replacement parts this soon or that it would be so hard to contact them.
