Trying to change my address on two Hearst magazines

Elle decor and house beautiful I have subscribed to both for eons. At least ten times on both sides I have filled out the account form. They all come back with account unavailable. I would like to retain the subscriptions. But if not pls cancel me. My old address is 252 7th ave 4x Ny ny 10001 and my new address is 19750 beach road jupiter fl 33469 User's recommendation: They are great magazines...
