Trying to cancel subscription

I initially ordered their product and really liked it, still do, but they only give you one option for delivery, which is Monthly. I currently have enough product to last me at least 18 months to 2 years. I have been trying to contact them to cancel my subscription but every avenue I have tried has been unsuccessful. I have called their customer service line 2x, and been hung up on both times while on "hold". I have tried various e-mail addresses that I have found online and all have come back undeliverable. I tried blocking their attempt at pulling payment from my credit card and was told I couldn't do that either. Very frustrating!!!
