Trying to buy a game for my Grandkids

I Can't purchase games its not accepting my credit card. It says Error. My card is ok to do purchase. I try calling play store n no one answer n discontinue the connection my Grandkid try to buy the game on his phone with all my card information n nothing. Please Help. User's recommendation: Not Good or Helpful.
