I have written my complaint at least 10 times to no avail. The computer keeps telling me do you still need help I say yes it says dont understand this information. I am missing important medicine and I need to claim it when I got to my destinations the article was not there so I waited until I got home to make sure I hadnt inadvertently left it there it is not here. Why is it so hard to get to talk to someone to make a claim or to have the computer not kick you out
