I was introduced to CloseUp TV News & Radio in 2005. I did 2 or 3 radio shows when my 1st book "Scars of Silence" was published in 2006. I was then put in touch with Elizabeth Adams, the direct Assistant to the Owner Lou Ceparano. Her & I had conversations EVERY day or so for months.We discussed the facts surrounding my situation that involved my Ex-husband being released from prison in March of 2015 & that CloseUp TV & News had to do a video promo about my story to help with my new book soon to be published. I did as She said & in March of 2014 she told me to wire the fee so the video Crew could come the next week. I did so, wiring the $10,500.00 to the Co. I called Her the next day & was told SHE HAD QUIT! ! I was in shock! Without her at the company I did NOT want to do any business. I called and asked Mr. Ceparano to Refund my money BUT HE REFUSED! ! To this day, EVEN with the help of WWBT Channel 12 in Richmond, VA. & 1 of their employees, who tried to help get me a refund, Mr. Ceparano WILL NOT GIVE ME A REFUND FOR WORK NOT DONE. I'm on food stamps & Disability with a yearly income of $8,400.00. I NEED HELP! !
