Their online customer service upgraded my TextNow to their Sprint Upgrade without checking to see if they have Sprint service around my area first. Sprint was bought out by T-Mobile, so you have no clue of Sprint's coverage. So, my phone is dead. It keeps wanting up update my phone so I can get Sprint service. And, since I don't have it, my phone becomes useless, not even Wifi. User's recommendation: NEVER sign up or use TextNow.
