I went to Larry Miller Volkswagen to see if I could trade in my 2017 passat R- Line in for a 2020 R-LINE and I told the sales manager that I only wanted him to submit my credit report to one bank Volkswagen. they never mention to me that they sent my information to 3 banks including the bank I work for. I found out the next day when I checked my credit. I called the sales manager he try to say he didn't know and that they were only trying to get me approved. I inform him that I told them not to do that He called me back asked what can they can do to solve the problem I was upset with them adv him he they remove the inquiry on my credit. Be careful dealing with them that is the second time I was treated unfairly by them. When sold me my passat it was getting late when I took it home and the next morning when I look in the car I notice it had dirty spots all thru the car it was not clean I tried to give the car back I was told I had to keep it and then they cleaned the inside. I know it was stupid of me to go back there but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I will never do business at Larry Miller Volkswagen again in avondale. User's recommendation: Everyone is not treated the same.
