Transferred to wrong person

Was transferred to a auto mechanic and its not someone that can help me. I have a 2001 Itasca RV with a Ford chassis. Coming home one weekend the transmission went out. It was sent to a Ford dealer ship here in Conyers Ga. Call Curtosy Ford. It took them 6 months to replace the transmission o drove about 500 miles at it went out again. The transmission came from NAPA its under warranty. User's recommendation: Find some one who understands English.
