To whom it may concern: I need your help; I'm trying to transfer my Firstnet line to the customer ATT line for weeks. I spoke with multiple representatives from Firstnet and ATT. Unfortunately, no one can help; not many even know what I'm asking—complete incompetence. Please provide me with the information on how I can resolve my issue.
