Am concerned that despite Mr Bramley making payment on August 1 and the service having been delivered the account is still on hold with Paypal. I have checked with friends in the UK who run similar service and they tell me Paypal pays them immediately. Please advise why the payment is on-hold and what it would take for Paypal to release payment. Regards Michael Flynn
