The website is publishing false information regarding refunds and is not working properly. Poor customer service. No phone number or chat available to contact the company. When I finally found some emails online from other unsatisfied customers and asked to change the tickets for the correct ones or refund, they refuse even if the ticket was purchased many days before the train will be leaving BTrain ticket est regards User's recommendation: Would not recommend. Use direct transport company for any purchases.
