They lie they was having trouble with navigation had no traffic not one of these jackasss had the brains to tell me there was a TSB to fix problem also trial subscription is supposed to last till June 1 cant get a straight answer they also tell you they will call they dont they really should be investigated User's recommendation: Try and STAY AWAY FROM ONSTAR.
