Impossible to get in touch with tractor personnel, always out sick or no room for messages on his phone. Service personnel never call to tell you when they are coming out. I have to call 2-3 times to see when it will be. Experience is horrible. Tractor was never serviced properly from day one. service from day one. User's recommendation: Don't buy a RK tractor !!!!!!!!!!
