Tracking is useless

My shipment is late and the UPS website cannot tell me where it is or when it will be delivered. The shipment originated in Canada and was sent to a Canadian address so, no BS about borders or customs delays. I have phoned these clowns three times and they cannot or will not tell me what the problem is. There has been no updated scan since 5 August. I also know the UPS guy that services our area and he's pretty reliable. Too bad their "customer service" is so awful. I guess it's easy to BS people while you're hiding behind a keyboard in the Philippines .
